Revenue Growth Management Coordinator

Area: Sales Operations / Revenue Growth Management

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Growth Management Coordinator to help drive sustainable and profitable growth across one of our leading brands. This role will play a key part in translating data and insights into commercial actions that optimize pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade investments across channels and customers.

The position reports to RGM Manager and works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales Operations and Finance teams, supporting the development and implementation of strategies that maximize value capture and improve commercial decision making.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical capabilities and business curiosity who wants to develop expertise in commercial strategy and value creation.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth Strategy

  • Support the development of RGM strategies across pricing, promotions, assortment and trade spending.
  • Identify opportunities to drive profitable growth through data-driven insights.
  • Analyze category, channel and customer performance to identify growth levers.

Promotional Effectiveness

  • Develop and implement optimized promotional strategy jointly with Customer Marketing
  • Evaluate promotional performance and ROI across customers and channels.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Marketing and Marketing to ensure alignment between commercial plans and growth priorities.

Pricing & Portfolio Management

  • Analyze price positioning across channels and competitors.
  • Support pricing strategy recommendations and monitor price execution in the market.
  • Identify opportunities in price architecture and portfolio mix.

Trade Investment Management

  • Provide insights to improve the effectiveness and allocation of commercial investments.
  • Support the analysis of trade spending and customer profitability.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, Marketing and Finance teams to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Support leadership discussions with fact-based analysis and clear storytelling.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in roles such as Commercial Strategy, Sales Analytics, Category Management, Finance, Consulting or Revenue Growth Management.
  • Experience working with commercial data and business performance analysis.

Analytical Capabilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights in a clear and structured way.
