Responsibilities (Will include but are not limited to):

• Identify and communicate current and future supply constraints.
• Actively participate in both SOE and S&OP processes, ensuring timely responses to demand and supply changes.
• Maintain system parameters to ensure appropriate inventory levels in the DCs, achieve proper turns, eliminate stockouts, and minimize excess and obsolete inventory, considering lead times, production cycle times, and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate and manage vendor purchase orders in partnership with the Operations team in China.
• Monitor and prioritize inbound containers.
• Partner with Demand Planning during new product launches to bridge initial expectations with realized marketplace signals.
• Drive best-in-class service, achieving greater than 98.5% on priority items and an overall fill rate of 95%.
• Analyze root causes to improve days on hand, reduce stockouts, and minimize excess and obsolescence.
• Advocate for supply chain milestone dates in the new product development process, ensuring that delays do not jeopardize service and inventory metrics.
• Provide weekly reporting to support the Supply and SRM process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related analytical discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of inventory and supply planning experience, ideally within the CPG/Consumer Packaged Goods industry
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results with a strong sense of urgency
• Proficient in SAP enterprise (or other ERP), APO, and ECC supply planning systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and lead others to achieve results
• Track record of improving processes and increasing efficiencies
• Skilled in coordinating and prioritizing multiple tasks
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Skilled at driving accountability and collaboration across internal functions
• Committed to continuous improvement
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
