Position: Talent Acquisition Lead, LATAM

Location: Mexico City - hybrid model

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager, LATAM

 

As the Talent Acquisition Lead you'll be acting as a strategic partner to deliver high-quality talent for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering functions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, translating business needs (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering) into effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with strong rigor in both technical and competency-based assessments for specialized roles.
  • Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract passive talent and build robust pipelines for critical positions.
  • Influence and advise stakeholders through market insights, data, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Leverage data, metrics, and ATS tools to track performance, generate insights, and drive process efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement with a focus on operational excellence and quality of hire.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Engineering roles.
  • Mandatory experience recruiting within industrial environments.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end cycle recruitment techniques, including strategic sourcing, hunting and assessment of technical profiles.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume-complex processes and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced to fluent level of English.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, influencing skills, and ability to manage priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Availability to travel ocasionally.
