About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator (Logistics Coordinator) to join our team based in Minto, NSW. This role is critical in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient processing of shipments, and strong coordination across internal teams.

Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
- Coordinate and support warehouse activities and workflows
- Prepare reports and analyse data using Excel
- Manage communication and scheduling via Outlook
- Support SAP transactions and system updates
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance

What you need to be successful
- Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics role
- Exposure to SAP systems (preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
