Support the Implementation of the Newell Operating system, PEAK, by gathering and organizing date on shopfloor, collaborating with cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing improvements and regularly review process to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis: Assist in evaluating current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Data Collection: Gather and analyze data to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Implementation: Support the implementation of process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.

Operating System Support: Assist in the implementation and optimization of the company Operating System (PEAK).

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement plans.

Training: Provide training and support to staff on new processes and best practices.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of process changes, improvements, and outcomes.

Continuous Monitoring: Regularly review processes to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.

Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBi) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Education:

High School degree, related field is preferred but not required.
