Reports To: IMM Supervisor
Job Class: FH
Location: Mogadore

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take attendance
• Check work areas for safety issues
• Verify all paperwork, layouts, and tools are correct at the presses
• Communicate Yellow Alerts, Packaging Specifications and Aux Equipment needs to Operators.
• Verify and enter scrap into Mattec every 2 hours
• Keep lines stocked with necessary supplies
• Workstations are maintained throughout the shift
• Help with all Machine changes (Mold Change, Pack Change, Color Change)
• Ensure rotation is being followed
• Administer breaks and lunches to operators
• Utilize Run Rite boards where applicable

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Physically able to bend, squat, twist, push/pull, reach & lift up to 50 pounds
• Physically able to stand on feet for 12 hour shift
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to keep up with pace of position
• Must be able to effectively communicate with others both verbally and in writing
• Must follow all safety procedures and complete all OSHA required training
• Must complete Standardized Work training
• Must wear/ use all required PPE, to include, but not limited to, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves (when cutting or moving pallets), proper foot wear (as outlined in the employee handbook), etc.
