Your Role

As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a key role in keeping our Distribution Centre in Montéléger running seamlessly.

You will work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to coordinate logistics operations, manage documentation, and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination & Planning: Oversee daily logistics activities, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination between carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Documentation Management: Oversee incoming and outgoing files in the Personal Knowledge Management System (and other related systems), maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
• Operational Support: Prepare and validate shipping and delivery documents, whilst assisting warehouse teams and welcoming drivers to ensure seamless operations.
• Returns & Inventory Tracking: Monitor customer returns from receipt to reintegration into inventory, ensuring full visibility and data accuracy.
• Reporting & Analysis: Produce weekly KPI reports, track performance trends, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Collaboration & Improvement: Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to optimise logistics efficiency and support ongoing improvement projects.

What You Bring

• Experience: Proven experience in logistics, administration, or coordination roles.
• Systems: Proficient in ERP and WMS tools, Microsoft Office (familiarity with PKMS or SAP is an advantage).
• Language skills: Good written and spoken English (additional fluent languages skills are a plus).
• Mindset: Organised, dependable, and collaborative with a keen sense of ownership and care.
• Approach: Positive, adaptable, and proactive, with a focus on accuracy and service.
• Knowledge: Understanding of logistics flows and basic financial principles.
