Named after Milton Reynolds (1892-1976), entrepreneur and manufacturer of the first ball point pen, the first Reynolds pen debuted in New York at the 32nd Street store on the morning of October 29, 1945. • Sales Data Management
• Collect, validate, and maintain sales data from field teams, distributors, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales entries.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales performance.
• Generate region-wise, product-wise, and channel-wise analysis.
• Track sales targets and highlight variances.
• Performance Tracking
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, volume, and growth trends.
• Provide insights on opportunities and risks.
• Coordination
• Work closely with sales managers and marketing teams to provide data-driven support.
• Assist in forecasting and planning activities.
• System Management
• Use tools like Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, or other MIS software for dashboards and reporting.
