Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Distribution Center – Neosho, MO

Reports To: Maintenance & Automation Manager

Job Overview

Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on a variety of material handling systems, conveyor equipment, powered industrial equipment, building infrastructure, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This position plays a key role in minimizing downtime and supporting high-performance operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

·         Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on forklifts and yard trucks

·         Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on company vehicles, pallet jacks, and maintenance operating equipment

·         Maintain service records on all work performed

·         Assist with basic facilities maintenance such as lighting, plumbing, and carpentry tasks

·         Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend improvements or upgrades

·         Comply with OSHA, EPA, and SDS Standards

·         Required to handle all equipment in a safe manner

·         Required to follow all safety and housekeeping rules

·         Required to work regularly scheduled hours plus overtime as required

·         Required to perform other duties as directed by supervision

Qualifications:

·         High school education or Equivalent (Technical Training/Certification a plus)

·         3-5+ years’ experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment

·         Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions

·         Good communication skills (written and verbal)

·         Microsoft office experience a plus

·         Willingness and ability to learn and accept new responsibilities
