General Responsibility:

Maintains equipment and facilities for minimum failure potential by making repairs and conducting preventative maintenance as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.

Position Details - Responsibilities:  

• Read and understand electrical and electronic schematics
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, which may require lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Complete preventative maintenance projects as assigned
• Complete and maintain all documentation records as applicable
• Assist other technicians as needed
• Contact outside vendors as needed to coordinate repairs
• Follow all safety and environmental policies while performing work
• Provide training to other technicians as applicable
• Use effective communication skills and teamwork to coordinate work with departments and supervisors
• Work overtime as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Certificate in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent of experience in electronics, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and drives
• High School Diploma or equivalent
