Your Role in a Nutshell
As a Consumer Services Representative you will speak with consumers who use Newell Brands’ products. Putting your Italian language skills into practice, you will answer inquiries regarding pre-sales and after-sales service.
Our portfolio of products is very diverse - from stationery to small household appliances.
You might have heard of some of our brands like Parker, Yankee Candle, Contigo, NUK, or Crockpot.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to consumer’s queries through email, chat, phone, social media channels, reviews portal, e-commerce, and other online platforms in a professional, solution-oriented manner to ensure the outcome is consumer centric.
- Help consumers by answering their questions about web orders placed on our e-commerce site.
- Successfully resolve order delivery / payment issues and/or product returns queries.
- Seeking solutions in case of unusual queries or requests
- Document in designated systems (e.g., CRM /Consumer Relationship Management/, SAP and other) the information needed for resolving inquiry or complaint.

What You’ll Need
Minimum:
- Fluent Italian (C1) and English (C1) (spoken & written)
- Good command of MS Word and Outlook
- Outgoing with excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Empathy and openness for working with clients
Your advantage:
- Readiness to learn new tools and technologies (Salesforce, SAP, Bazaarvoice, Sprinklr etc.)
- Organizational skills with ability to prioritize.
- Detail oriented
- Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, incl. rapport-building and listening
- A keen interest in e-commerce will ensure you are perfect for this role
