Your Role in a Nutshell
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide service for business customers / partners of Newell Brands in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
You will serve as a point of contact for assigned business customers, contributing to timely and effective delivery of orders and high-quality service.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Phone and email contact with business partners
- Processing customers’ orders in SAP
- Collaboration with other departments incl. Sales and Distribution Center
- Quick and efficient solving customers’ requests using Salesforce
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
- Fluent Swedish and English
- Secondary education or university degree
- Customer- and detail-oriented
- Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel
Your advantage:

- Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce
