Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As an International Payroll Manager, you will coordinate and oversee day‑to‑day payroll operations across a complex, multi‑country environment spanning 29 countries and over 6,000 employees.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery across multiple countries, while managing relationships with external payroll providers, including ADP Streamline, Dayforce and local vendors.
You will also support the global rollout of the Dayforce HCM platform and identify opportunities to improve and standardise payroll processes as the implementation progresses across countries.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Operations & Vendor Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll providers, including ADP Streamline, Dayforce, and local in-country vendors, overseeing SLA performance, resolving issues, and ensuring service quality and compliance.
- Manage end-to-end multi-country payroll operations, including maintaining payroll calendars, tracking cut-off dates and payment deadlines, and validating employee data to prevent errors across diverse regulatory environments.
- Lead and support year-end payroll activities across EMEA and APAC, including statutory filings, tax reconciliations, annual reporting, and audit coordination, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Dayforce Implementation Support:
- Partner with the Dayforce project team and internal HRIT to define payroll requirements and contribute to system design, testing, and cutover planning.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders to ensure payroll processes align with business needs, and provide expert guidance on payroll practices, statutory requirements, and vendor capabilities across EMEA and APAC.
- Contribute to global HR and payroll initiatives, including process standardisation, compliance improvements, and system implementations.
Data, Reporting & Compliance:
- Monitor regulatory and payment format changes, including ISO 20022 and SEPA updates, ensuring timely alignment with providers and compliance with local legislation.
- Maintain and enhance payroll documentation, SOPs, and vendor guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency as processes evolve.
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
- Proven experience in multi-country payroll operations, including hands-on responsibility for payroll delivery across EMEA or APAC countries, working with external payroll providers and managing vendor relationships.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, statutory compliance requirements, and tax regulations across at least 3–5 european countries.
- Proven experience using payroll or HCM systems such as Dayforce (Ceridian), ADP Streamline, SAP HCM, or equivalent, combined
- Strong Excel and data management skills to extract, reconcile, and report on payroll data from multiple sources.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
