Your Role in a Nutshell 

As a Pricing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the management of pricing databases and Pricing related processes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates in SAP and related systems. This role supports cross-functional teams and the business pricing strategy by managing workflows, validating requests, and maintaining audit readiness. The analyst also contributes to processing harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives across all segments

Your Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Databases Administration:

  • Maintain and update pricing databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governance rules,
  • Process approved price requests promptly, adhering to management-validated KPIs,
  • Oversee pricing workflows among requestors, approvers, and the pricing team,
  • Drive harmonization of pricing processes and data administration across segments,
  • Provide analytical insights and support for business pricing strategies and improvement projects,
  • Promote automation and streamlined practices where feasible,
  • Review and approve changes to pricing-related fields in customer and material master data as needed,
  • Train and support users on pricing operations, roles, responsibilities, and tools,
  • Back up Pricing Team members when needed,

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Conduct regular audits of pricing data and processes to ensure compliance,
  • Prepare analytical reports on pricing activities and process adherence for internal stakeholders.

 

What You’ll Need:

Minimum:

  • Experience in data management or pricing data management
  • Knowledge of SAP and ERP 
  • Proficiency in excel
  • Fluent English
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data management
     

Your Advantage:

  • Ability to manage workflows and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Italian or German.
