Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will be the go-to person for data insights within our EMEA and APAC teams. Your knack for numbers will be crucial in analysing compensation trends and submitting benefits surveys. You’ll safeguard our HR data across these regions and handle key operations, ensuring everything from salary reviews to management reports runs smoothly.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the team in knowledge management, including SharePoint administration, and collating data and references for job evaluation and compensation proposals.

Supporting the team’s administration with regard to benefits, especially concerning invoicing.

Assisting in the development of communications and updating applicable tools/platforms to facilitate understanding of Total Rewards policies and processes from HRBP/business lines.

Performing data analysis for Total Rewards operations, e.g., merit review exercises, compensation analysis across the regions.

Acting as the HR data custodian for the region, working with country HR to ensure data is clean and appropriately stored, and providing feedback to the wider project team when necessary. Working with our data centre and the payroll team to improve processes.

Assisting other team members in performing total rewards analysis across the regions.

Leading the compensation and benefits survey submissions for the regions, working with local HR managers to ensure data accuracy.
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
-
University degree preferably in Human Resources or Analytics discipline
-
Demonstarated experience in Human Resources function with hands on experience in compensation and benefits operations/data processing

Advanced English (written & spoken) plus other language commonly used in EMEA or APAC, e.g. French, German or Mandarin

Good command of MS Office with advanced Excel skills
