Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As AP Specialist you’ll provide Accounts Payable support to our Global Business Services in Prague. You will process invoices, payments and handle external and internal vendor correspondence.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Code and process invoices and match invoices to purchase orders
- Ensure all AP records follow applicable company and accounting policies
- Resolve all invoice / purchase order discrepancies
- Prepare payments to suppliers according to agreed schedule
- Where designated, maintain correspondence with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Review and approve travel expenses in accordance with legislation and internal policies
- Create/Maintain Vendor Master Data requests as per agreed process.
- Participate in special projects by supporting management and the project team in various tasks
- Engage in process improvement initiatives
- Actively participate in training programs
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule if required
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
- Experience in Finance and/or AP
- Applicable knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles
- Strong tech skillset, including MS Office pack, SAP, etc.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluent English
