Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As an Account Receivable (AR) Specialist you will be part of our Global Business Services (GBS), responsible for various numbers of activities. The role includes organizing and managing the day-to-day cash collection duties involving the efficient and secure collection of overdue invoices as well as conducting regular suspense account and customer account reconciliations by ensuring tidiness on customer accounts. You will also conduct daily order management and release of orders by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and processing accuracy.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Organize cash collection activities to maximize cash receipts and reduction of delinquency for assigned accounts
- Actively contact customers regarding overdue invoices and manage follow up actions
- Perform reconciliation of customer accounts and propose items for clearing
- Perform the credit management activities of credit limit review and set up
- Participate in the order management process – blocking and releasing of orders
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal rules and regulations and provide support for internal and external audits as needed
- Issue dunning letters to overdue accounts and pre-statements for invoices that become due
- Create and monitor aging reports
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
- Fluency in English and German
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Excel, Word etc.)
- Strong team player with integrity
- Excellent communication
- Attention to details
