Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As a Collections Specialist, you will perform debt collection duties for assigned EMEA customer accounts, following FSCM procedures. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing customer service, improving working capital and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and ensuring visibility through standardized processes and measurements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Execute collection activities based on work lists and priorities, addressing root causes with process owners.
• Create dispute cases following customer communications.
• Provide regular updates on key overdue accounts, such as the Top 30 overdue report.
• Manage incoming cheques/drafts where applicable.
• Take actions to ensure clean customer ledgers, including adjustments, write-offs, and bad debt reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (sales, customer service, credit risk) and external customers.

What You’ll Need
 

Minimum:

• Strong team player with high integrity
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident user of MS Office including Excel
• Fluency in English and Italian

Your advantage:

• Results oritented and attentive to detail
• Prior experience with SAP
