Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

You will be working as part of a team, providing support for accounting and related processes for our EMEA entities.
In addition to regular on-time reporting and other GL related activities you will lead and collaborate actively in projects supporting the integration of new processes within the service delivery teams.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Participate in and lead ad-hoc projects, integrations and company initiatives; contribute by advising stakeholders based on your experience and insights.
Perform regular reviews of Balance Sheets and P&L accounts to identify trends, errors or omissions.
Monthly reconciliations, month end and period end closing activities.
Collaborate with business finance teams, suport queries around customer program subledgers, P&L and Balance sheet movements.
Partner with other teams within the organization to ensure accurate and timely reporting of expenses and accruals.
Actively assist in coordinating and monitoring progress around internal and external audit requests.

What You’ll Need

Minimum:

Background in Finance/Accounting with a relevant degree or equivalent qualifications
US GAAP / SOX knowledge
Fluent French and English
Demonstrable experience in finance or accounting role with focus on GL processes, Balance sheets, P&L and variance analysis
Growth mindset, openness to change
Team player
