POSITION SUMMARY: 

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Manufacturing Team.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and charts utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook) as directed by manufacturing leadership.
  • Maintains PTO and Vacation calendars for all plant departments.
  • Maintains Charts, data and CI boards for manufacturing work centers, improvement projects, and 6S Audit System.
  • Coordinate and perform tracking, data entry, and reporting of all major Manufacturing Metrics (Downtime, Shift Rotation, Set-Up Time, etc.) using the Mattec MES software as directed by manufacturing leadership.
  • Perform data entry and analysis as assigned for various projects.
  • Assist with SAP and Mattec functions related to order processing, tracking, and production analysis.
  • Assist with various Workforce time and attendance functions including labor entry and generating reports.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Manufacturing group as assigned.
  • Supports Maintenance Planner with MRO, ordering and p-card reconciliation.
  • Support SEAL and PEAK initiatives.
  • Maintains and communicates weekly overtime schedule.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

All job functions to be completed in compliance with federal, state, local regulations, company guidelines and policies.

 

REPORTS TO:   Manufacturing Manager

 

SUPERVISION GIVEN: None.

 

REQUIREMENTS / EDUCATION LEVEL:

Required:   High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:  Associated or Advanced degree in related field.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Required:    Minimum of two years in a role with similar responsibilities.

Preferred:   Solid experience with Microsoft Office applications and report preparation in a manufacturing environment.

 

KNOWKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, plan, and organize projects. 
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise reports with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Skilled in use of personal computer and software applications such as Ariba, SAP, Epicor or similar.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively (verbal, written, listening) with a variety of individuals at all levels.
  • Skilled in providing customer service with the ability to work with all levels of the organization.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand/walk up to 20% of the shift.
  • Lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to frequently bend and twist and have unrestricted use of upper extremities.
