Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IGA Engineer with SailPoint and SAP experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, with a focus on integrating and optimizing SAP systems. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions to ensure the security and compliance of our organization's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement IGA solutions using SailPoint ISC
• Integrate SailPoint with SAP systems, including HCM, ECC, GRC, S/4HANA, Ariba and Concur
• Manage user identities and access permissions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Conduct role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) analysis and implementation.
• Perform user access reviews (UAR) and manage access certifications for SAP and other applications.
• Develop and maintain connectors for SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of IGA solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IGA-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
• Participate in audit and compliance activities related to identity and access management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity governance and administration, with a focus on SailPoint.
• Strong experience with SAP systems, including HCM, ECC, GRC, S/4HANA, Ariba and Concur
• Proficiency in designing and implementing IGA solutions using SailPoint.
• Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
• Knowledge of user access reviews (UAR) and access certifications.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to identity and access management.
• Familiar with managing common IGA challenges including SOD, LPA, joiners/movers/leavers, birthright access, etc.
• Familiarity with SailPoint ARM and NERM
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with SailPoint ARM and NERM
