The Recognition Program Manager plays a key role within the North America Compensation team and the broader Global Total Rewards function. This position is responsible for promoting a culture of appreciation through the Bravo global recognition platform and through effective communication and engagement with leaders, managers, and employees. In addition to managing the recognition program, this role will support the Total Rewards team on various compensation initiatives and programs, including the development and maintenance of policies and guidelines, as well as other projects as assigned.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Program Strategy & Communications:  Partner with the Sr. Director, Compensation to drive recognition program strategy, support design enhancements, and execute communication and engagement plans. Develop and maintain program materials and resources to support adoption and usage.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Produce monthly reports and analysis to measure performance against key success metrics. Prepare insights and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Support & Engagement: Act as the primary contact for recognition program inquiries from HR, people leaders, and employees. Monitor program activity, identify usage trends, and conduct outreach or training as needed.
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee program budget, including spend tracking, forecasting for service awards, invoicing, and redemption reporting. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely processing of transactions.
  • Program Operations: Coordinate the ordering, distribution, and tracking of Kudos point cards; manage localized printing and distribution of Applause recognition cards; and, oversee bulk recognition awards, redemptions, and auto-approvals for expired recognitions.
  • Program Improvements: Continuously assess opportunities for program and process enhancements. Develop recommendations for improvements and present them to program leadership.
  • Innovation: Explore the feasibility of offering company-branded merchandise or swag as part of the recognition redemption options.
  • Total Rewards Support: Collaborate with team members on compensation-related programs, updates to policies and guidelines, and other projects as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of program management experience in a global organization; recognition program experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing global programs and driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and align others
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving challenges
