Job Duties:

• Develop and build regional distributors to build up effective and qualified distribution network in Prestige retail / Traditional trade and Wholesale channel, achieve the annual sales revenue budget and SGM target in assigned region.
• Build and maintain a good business network with different level distributors and channels via conducting annual business plan, daily operation, business review to ensure the target distribution, coverage and the best in-store execution in terms of pricing / display / assortment & promotion.
• Develop and manage regional sales force. Provide coach and feedback to the team. Develop sales staff’s competencies.
• Work with Trade Marketing Team in setting up various marketing activities including new product launch, promotion, in-store fairs etc.
• Work with Sr. Sales Manager, Brand/Trade Marketing and other cross functions to have yearly AP & CF plan, review and track the plan with best ROI.
• Upgrade local market information and provide constructive suggestions to the company.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and Functional support teams to have the good forecast plan and service rate.

Qualifications:

• University degree or above.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in well-known FMCG / premium consumer goods / stationary industry multinational company
• Strong Field Sales management and distributor mode management experience, knowledge and skills
• Regional management (more than 3 provinces in China)
