Your Role
As a Sales Representative for iconic brands Campingaz and Coleman, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our business in Belgium and Luxembourg — representing well-loved outdoor and garden lifestyle brands in retail environments where collaboration, trust, and quality customer experience are valued.
This is a wonderful opportunity to help shape how our products are presented in stores, nurture strong relationships with retail partners, and contribute to our shared vision of outdoor living. You will work as an integral part of our Benelux sales team, collaborating closely with colleagues in the Netherlands while having the autonomy to manage your own region.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Account Management: Meet sales and margin KPI’s across key accounts in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Customer Development: Identify and welcome new customers, whilst exploring additional opportunities to grow our presence in the region.
- Retail Support & Assortment Planning: Offer thoughtful, tailored recommendations and partner with store teams to ensure the right product mix is available.
- Product Education & Training: Facilitate product training sessions and share knowledge with retail staff to strengthen confidence and advocacy.
- In-Store Execution: Support local initiatives by ensuring POS materials are used effectively and promotions are well implemented.
- Market Insight & Collaboration: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities and share insights with the wider team to support informed decision-making.
- Territory Travel: Travel approximately 60% within Belgium and Luxembourg (with occasional EU trips).
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: A degree in business or comparable hands-on experience in retail or trade sales.
- Language Skills: Comfortable communicating in Dutch, English, and French, both in writing and in conversation.
- Connection to the Sector: An interest or background in outdoor living, gardening, DIY, or lifestyle sectors.
- Self-Leadership & Organisation: Ability to structure your work effectively, manage priorities, and stay focused while working independently.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Genuine passion for building trust and working collaboratively.
- Commercial Awareness: An eye for opportunity, with the ability to thoughtfully assess and respond to local market dynamics.
- Mobility: A valid Category B driving license and openness to regular travel within your region.
