Sales Representative – QLD
12-month contract
About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Newell Brands in the Commercial Group based in the Brisbane area working on the Rubbermaid brand. You will be working in a collaborative and supportive team and reporting directly to the National Sales Manager – Commercial Group. A key area of success will rely on the successful candidate to support account management within our Distributor Channels and existing end user business across Health and Aged Care, Hospitality and FM/BSC.
You will have a proven history of exceeding sales targets through your solution sales approach, have a sound strategic business development skill set, self-motivated and possess the ability to build solid relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Work with key strategic distributors to position the Rubbermaid solutions with their customer bases
- Maintain an existing end user business across Health and Aged Care
- Support distributor growth account plans and execute strategies
- Manage a business pipeline through a CRM - Salesforce
- Product demonstrations and sales presentations.
What you need to be successful:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in territory management or account management position
- Business to business acumen with the ability to identify customer trends and rapidly work towards goals in a dynamic landscape
- Track record of delivering growth with key accounts through robust account plans
- Excellent planning, organization, negotiation, and time management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
