Reports to: Senior Manager, HRIS
As a Senior Analyst HRIS, you will support the global HR systems landscape, with a primary focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Core HR processes as well as deliver a seamless, consumer-like employee digital experience while ensuring data accuracy, security, and system stability across the employee lifecycle.
You will also serve as a subject matter expert for Core HR technologies, supporting global HR operations through configuration, optimization, and ongoing system support. This role plays a critical part in translating business requirements into scalable HR system solutions that align with Newell’s global HR strategy and values of Integrity, Teamwork, Passion for Winning, Ownership, and Leadership.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Core HR / Employee Central Ownership
- Serve as a functional subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central, supporting global Core HR processes,
- Configure and maintain Employee Central to support evolving business and HR needs while ensuring data integrity and compliance,
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Support
- Support and enhance SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including configuration, integration touchpoints, and process optimization,
- Support other lifecycle events such as transfers, promotions, terminations, and global data changes,
Requirements, Configuration & Testing
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Core HR enhancements and process improvements,
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and quality assurance for changes and quarterly releases,
Production Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide day-to-day production support, incident management, and issue resolution for HR systems,
- Support biannual SuccessFactors releases by assessing impacts, testing changes, and coordinating deployment across environments,
Reporting, Data & Security
- Develop and maintain Core HR reports and extracts to support operational and compliance needs,
- Assist with audits, data reviews, and ongoing compliance activities related to sensitive employee data.
What You’ll Need:
Minimum:
- Fluent English (verbal & written),
- University degree in human resources, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience,
- Hands-on experience with Core HR System (SuccessFactors Employee Central strongly preferred), including configuration and support,
- Experience with HRIS integrations, data feeds, and partnering with IT/technical teams,
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,
Your Advantage:
- Experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0,
- Experience with other SuccessFactors modules including Recruiting, Performance and Compensation,
- Experience supporting global, multi-country Employee Central implementations,
- Experience supporting HR reporting and analytics tools,
- Knowledge of another European language.
