Job Duties:
- Well understand the business development direction and regional market situation, formulate regional sales plan and strategy, expand and promote the dealer to achieve the sales target, to meet a stable growth performance
- Actively develop new business in emerging industries, including Banks, Communications company, Airline, Travel site redeem program, as well as other business which traditional distributor does not involve
- To implement effective management and guidance to distributors, promote the realization of sales strategy, ensure the dealer's loyalty with our fine writing business
- Strengthen communication with all departments of the company, to ensure the daily sales business is in line with the company regulations, to maximize the value of sales
- Visit key distributors and corporate clients on a regular basis. Upgrade the market information and provide constructive suggestions to the company, Complete the necessary daily paperwork.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least three years in regional dealer management in relevant field
- Have related gift company work ground is preferable
