Position: Pricing RGM Manager

The Pricing RGM Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the company’s Pricing and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy in Brazil. This is a highly strategic and transformational role, designed to build and structure a new Pricing & RGM area. The role will drive pricing governance, commercial policy optimization, profitability analysis, and strategic pricing initiatives across channels and categories. Acting as a key business partner to Sales, Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, the Pricing Manager will help establish pricing processes, tools, and methodologies that support sustainable growth and margin expansion. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions without direct people management responsibility.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation and implementation of the company’s Pricing and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) structure and processes.

Develop pricing strategies aligned with business objectives, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and profitability targets.

Define and manage pricing governance, policies, and approval frameworks across channels and customers.

Analyze pricing architecture, price positioning, promotional effectiveness, mix optimization, and margin opportunities.

Partner closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to support commercial negotiations and pricing decisions.

Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making and revenue optimization initiatives.

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, inflationary impacts, and customer behavior to identify risks and opportunities.

Drive initiatives related to Revenue Growth Management, including price-pack architecture, assortment optimization, trade investment analysis, and channel profitability.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between pricing strategy and execution.

Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting routines to track pricing performance, margins, and business impacts.

Support the company in building long-term pricing capabilities, processes, and organizational maturity.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Solid experience in Pricing, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and/or Commercial Finance roles.
• Strong experience with pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and commercial policy management.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or highly commercial environments preferred.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally in matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Advanced English required.
