Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Vila Olímpia, São Paulo, SP – Hybrid
Reports to: Marketing Director
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be a strategic leader responsible for elevating brand communication and positioning across Newell’s portfolio in Brazil. This role serves as the primary point of reference for brand strategy and communication, directly leading and mentoring Brand Managers while acting as a key bridge between the Marketing Director and the brand team. The position plays a critical role in driving integrated communication excellence, strengthening brand identity, and delivering business results through inspirational leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategies, with a strong focus on communication, storytelling, and consumer engagement.
- Serve as the guardian of brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual standards across all touchpoints.
- Directly manage, mentor, and inspire the Brand Managers, fostering strategic alignment, talent development, and a high-performance culture.
- Act as the intermediary between the Marketing Director and Brand Managers, translating strategic directives into actionable plans.
- Oversee relationships with communication, media, PR, and digital agencies, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Define and monitor communication KPIs, measuring impact and optimizing A&P investments.
- Lead innovation projects in communication, exploring new platforms, formats, and trends to maximize brand reach and relevance.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment with global brand architecture and local priorities.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders, promoting synergy and collaboration across Sales, Trade, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing, with a strong background in branding, integrated communication, and team management.
- Proven track record in leading teams, developing talent, and managing multi-brand portfolios.
- Expertise in digital strategies, omnichannel marketing, e-commerce, and CRM.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and results measurement.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in multinational and matrix organizations.
