Reports to: Director of Quality 

Contract type: Permanent, Full-time, On-site 

 

Your Role & Team in a Nutshell 

As a Quality Control Manager, you will lead the quality control and continuous improvement initiatives at our Sagunto facility. You will oversee a team of quality professionals, ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards. Your goal is to enhance our processes and products, driving excellence in quality.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:  

  • Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities in quality processes.
  • Monitor quality indicators and correct deviations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
  • Conduct annual SWOT analysis and review.
  • Handle customer complaints and suggestions.
  • Manage non-conformities and corrective actions.
  • Implement improvements in services, procedures, and management systems.
  • Plan and conduct audits and present findings.
  • Supervise and train employees in quality processes.
  • Resolve technical product issues related to quality and profitability.

 

What You’ll Need 

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology.
  • Basic training in Occupational Risk Prevention.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate SAP skills
  • Fluent Spanish and communicative English (written and spoken)
