Job Summary:
The Enterprise Real Estate team is focused on Newell’s factories, warehouses, laboratories, offices, and retail globally. The team’s remit includes acquisition and disposition transactions, design and engineering services, development and construction projects, commissioning and decommissioning facilities, and facilities management services. This position is responsible for assisting with management of a strategic portfolio of assigned projects while developing and managing against organizational policies, programs, budget, and schedules to accomplish defined goals and objectives. This position will also develop and manage full life-cycle projects with adherence to planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout standards using industry best practice and project management tools/methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with project stakeholders in regard to project details and deliverables
- Assist in the coordination and management of project tasks Analyze data as required
- Tracking and reporting project progress
- Manage engineering partners to ensure project deliverables meet organizational objectives
- Analyze and understand project scope and objectives
- Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks such as PO processing, vendor setup requirements, invoicing, close out documentation.
- Prepare and present project status updates to the Project Leads
- Assist with the annual capital planning process
- Continuously strive to improve processes, practices, and vendor relationships to create efficient and effective means for accomplishing goals, on time, and under budget
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Project Management Certification (PMP)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, computer science or related field
- 3+ Project Management experience (or similar)
- Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Proficiency in any management software (Microsoft Project)
- Preferred: Power BI, SAPAutoDesk
- Travel 20%
