The primary role of the Customer Supply Chain Center of Excellence is to identify and lead E2E optimization opportunities to improve order to cash efficiency, service levels, and cost to serve while executing the company’s customer experience strategy and being a champion for joint value creation.

 

As an integral member of the team, the Sr. Analyst, Customer Supply Chain COE will provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement on enterprise processes, performance, and efficiencies.  This position will own process standardization, data analytics support, and serve as a centralized reporting resource for the COE as well as other Global Supply Chain teams.

 

A successful candidate possesses supply chain experience, ability to partner with cross functional teams and a track record of delivering results. Strong analytical capabilities is important to this role, including experience handling large and complex data sets to drive recommendations.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Supply Chain teams with analytical needs to drive insights and actions with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Project support and ownership across the E2E supply chain centered around continuous improvement & driving organizational goals
  • Foster cross functional partnerships to build continuous improvement opportunities and develop solutions to drive excellence in the customer experience.
  • Creation, maintenance, and functional expert of analytical tools such as PowerBI dashboards, SharePoint sites, report repositories, and others
  • Leverage PEAK to implement a continuous improvement culture through a data-centered approach utilizing change management, value stream mapping and root cause analysis.
     

Education, Experience & Skills Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience with business analytics in Supply Chain
  • Candidate must possess the following competencies: very strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solving, critical thinking, and self-driven.
  • Knowledge of the levers available to deliver supply chain service across the Plan/Source/Make/Deliver verticals
  • Broad knowledge of Supply Chain best practices and the capability to influence by building positive working relationships and partnerships.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills along with the ability to balance being analytical and fact-based with aligning stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of effectively building partnerships and cross functional collaboration.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI, preferred.
