Job Summary: 

The Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence - Supply Chain will be responsible for providing actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to support strategic supply chain initiatives. This role will leverage advanced analytics to drive improvements in supply chain efficiency, inventory management, and operational performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance metrics.
  • Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Lead the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions to enhance supply chain decision-making.
  • Support the management team with ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and project management related to supply chain initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of predictive models and analytics to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all supply chain reporting and analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably within a supply chain context.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is desired.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis programming languages is a plus.
