Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Morgan Falls Studo)
Summary:
The Studio Operations Coordinator supports the daily operations, front desk experience, and administrative coordination of the Atlanta Design Center and Morgan Falls Creative Studio. This role will include a portion of hybrid support across both Studio and Design Center needs; with location support shared between Morgan Falls Studio and the Queen building. Over time, the role is expected to transition into a more dedicated Studio support function with key partnerships across both locations.
Acting as a key first point of contact, this individual helps create a welcoming, organized, and production-ready environment for internal teams, business partners, visitors, talent, crew, vendors, and external partners. The role supports front desk management, visitor systems, studio facilities coordination, sample movement, supplies, scheduling support, and day-to-day operational needs that help the Studio and Design Center run smoothly.
This role requires strong organization, proactive problem solving, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to support a fast-moving creative environment. The ideal candidate is service-minded, detail-oriented, flexible across locations, and able to anticipate needs while maintaining a professional and efficient workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Studio Operations Coordinator will support day-to-day Design Center and Creative Studio operations, including:
• Serve as front desk and daily operations support for the Morgan Falls Creative Studio.
• Manage the visitor experience and visitor management system, including check-in, badges, arrivals, guest coordination, and communication with hosts.
• Coordinate talent, crew, vendor, and partner arrivals for studio production days in partnership with Studio Manager and producers.
• Provide location support across the Queen building and Morgan Falls Studio, maintaining flexibility to travel between sites as business and Studio needs require.
• Partner with Studio leadership, Design Operations, Office Services, Facilities, IT, and other support teams to remove operational friction and keep daily work moving.
• Coordinate routine and reactive facilities needs, including maintenance requests, cleanliness, room readiness, access needs, signage, repairs, and building support.
• Help maintain conference rooms, talent holding areas, work lounges, office areas, front desk spaces, and shared Studio support spaces so they are organized and ready for use.
• Support production days through sample coordination, product and prop movement, supply readiness, talent and crew arrival support, and basic production logistics.
• Track, order, and organize office, Studio, production, and usability supplies to ensure teams have the materials needed to work effectively.
• Support sample receipt, movement, storage, handoff, and general coordination across Studio and Design Center needs.
• Coordinate FedEx, UPS, courier, and internal shipments, including incoming and outgoing materials as needed.
• Assist with Studio and Design Center meetings, creative reviews, visitor sessions, catering, hospitality, room setup, and space readiness.
• Support internal communications, distribution lists, announcements, and basic administrative coordination as needed.
• Help document repeatable processes for visitor management, sample coordination, supply requests, front desk coverage, and Studio support routines.
• As Morgan Falls Studio scales, transition toward more dedicated Studio support with stronger focus on front desk management, production readiness, facilities support, and day-to-day Studio operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
