Position Title: Senior Supply Planner

Location: Vila Olímpia, SP - Hybrid

Reports To: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Supply Planner to support supply planning activities for Baby Care and Baby Gear within the Learning and Development Segment. This role is responsible for executing supply plans, managing inventory, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and operational efficiency. While this position does not have direct reports, it plays a critical role in driving planning accuracy and supporting broader supply chain goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and production schedules
• Develop and execution of ZFIN supply plans and purchase execution; manage communication with international suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence
• Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure supply readiness and resolve capacity constraints
• Work closely with brand, demand planning, procurement, and regional teams to align supply activities with business needs
• Support innovation and product launch activities by aligning supply plans with new product introductions and timelines
• Oversee SKU lifecycle management, including product exits, dispositions, rework opportunities and both ZFIN / ZSAS material status to maintain accurate inventory profiles and product line alignment
• Support successful execution of S&OP initiatives in Brazil for Baby Business by partnering with cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of S&OP cycles
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare content and present to support decision-making within S&OP meetings
• Assist in resolving supply disruptions and delays, escalating issues as needed to maintain service levels
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving planning processes, system utilization, and operational efficiency

Requiriments

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English required; Spanish is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience: Relevant experience in supply planning or related roles, preferably within a branded product environment
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledgeable in advanced Microsoft Excel formulas and familiarity with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle)
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
• Communication: Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and organizational skills
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% annually, potentially including international locations
