About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Scoresby, on a 12 month full time contract.
In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end order processing and export coordination, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders using SAP/EDI systems
- Respond to customer enquiries on orders, availability and delivery timelines
- Coordinate export shipments, bookings and documentation
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international trade requirements
- Monitor backorders and proactively communicate updates
- Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Finance teams
- Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and logistics partners
- Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery
What you need to be successful
- Experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain or sales coordination
- Exposure to export operations, freight forwarding or international trade
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with SAP, EDI, CRM or similar systems (preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
