About the role:
The role of Pricing Analyst is to ensure accuracy and efficiency of all pricing & rebate related tasks within the Newell APAC systems. This is a vital role for our team to support and guide the business on the maintenance and/or creation of pricing & rebate records, this includes but not limited to list prices, contract and promotional pricing, trading terms and manual rebates.

Qualifications & Experience required:
-
Minimum 2+ years in similar role
-
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
-
Previous experience in FMCG Business
-
Experience with SAP is preferred
-
Persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.

English speaking is essential however language skills in Chinese &/or Japanese are desirable
-
Manages time effectively to ensure professional time management

Strong skillset to problem solve and provide timely resolutions to the business

High attention to detail and results focused.

Strong ability to remain calm under pressure and remain professional in stressful situation

Professional appearance and personality combined with self-motivation, enthusiasm and energy

Able to work with limited supervision as well as within a team.
What you will be responsible for:

Accurately process pricing information as required by the business within SAP and all associated systems and documents while maintaining a central repository for this information

Effectively implement price increases when directed, this work will include providing assistance with contract price review and current list prices

Provide customers with electronic price files as required

Review customer data files and update any discrepancies as directed

Creation and distribution of monthly templates and reports

Investigate and resolve pricing issues
-
Actively investigate, suggest, and implement improved processes.
