Summary of the role:
Reporting to the National Business Manager Grocery, the role of Sales Coordinator plays an integral part within the Newell Brands grocery team. The role is responsible for the provision of sales administration and support to the National Account Managers. This will be inclusive of Woolworths, Coles, Independents, and Aldi.

What will you be responsible for?
- Lead the management of master documents for customer data, product, and price platforms, making sure they are maintained and updated
- Effectively manage the maintenance of internal promotional calendars, ensuring the correct alignment into the customers portals and forms
- Complete and maintain customer promotional submissions as requested by NAMs
- Attend selected customer meetings with NAMs and record minutes and follow ups
- Monitor and record competitor promotional activity and new product ranging
- Coordinate sourcing and mailing of samples or point of sale requested by National Account Managers to meet customer timelines
- Manage the loading & maintenance of accurate information in the customer’s promotional portals
- Accurate preparation of documentation and presentation materials as requested
- Display initiative to add value to the role where required

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Preferably 2-3 years minimum experience in a sales administration role within the FMCG industry
- Strong initiative to priorities tasks and manage timelines, as well as effectively communicating with stakeholders
- Professional communication skills to manage expectations throughout all customers and internal teams
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks according to level of urgency and importance
- Extensive knowledge of spreadsheet and database software with excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience
- Ability to work to strict deadlines to meet the needs of a fast-paced business
- A pleasant and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication and ability to work collaboratively.
