About the Role

We are currently seeking a Supply Planner to join our ANZ Supply Chain team based in Melbourne.

Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, this role is responsible for end-to-end supply planning across the ANZ market. You will translate demand forecasts into executable supply plans, manage purchase orders, and proactively mitigate supply risks to deliver strong service and inventory outcomes.

This role plays a critical part in supporting Back-to-School (BTS) planning activities and ensuring optimal product availability while maintaining healthy inventory levels.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related discipline
• 2+ years’ experience in supply planning, replenishment, and/or supply chain roles
• Firsthand experience with ERP/planning systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across local and global teams
• Project experience highly regarded

Key Responsibilities

Supply Planning & Execution

• Own end-to-end supply planning for designated product categories across ANZ
• Translate demand plans into supply plans and executable purchase orders (POs)
• Create, confirm, track, and manage POs through to inbound delivery
• Partner closely with Logistics and 3PL providers to ensure smooth inbound execution

Risk Management & Performance

• Identify supply risks, constraints, and capacity challenges
• Develop and execute mitigation strategies
• Monitor service levels (OTIF / OOS), inventory health (DOH, E&O), and plan adherence
• Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data in ERP systems

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Demand Planning, Procurement, Operations, Customer Service and Finance
• Support new product introductions and product phase-outs
• Contribute to Pack Out Centre (POC) activities
• Lead and support BTS planning assessments and PO execution processes
