About the Role

We are seeking a Trade Marketing / Activation Coordinator to support the planning and execution of retail marketing activations, point-of-sale (POS) displays, promotional campaigns, and customer events across our ANZ business.

Based in Scoresby, this role plays an important part in supporting the delivery of trade marketing and brand activation programs across key retail partners.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external suppliers, you will help coordinate retail displays, manage event logistics and ensure activation programs are delivered on time and to a high standard.

The role would suit someone currently working as a Marketing Coordinator, Trade Marketing Coordinator, Brand Activation Executive and/or Category or Sales Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade marketing activations and retail promotional campaigns

• Support development and execution of POS displays and retail marketing materials

• Assist in managing customer events, trade shows, and brand expos

• Work with suppliers on display development, briefs, and quotes

• Maintain the annual customer event and activation calendar

• Support development of customer presentations and marketing materials

• Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain

• Ensure projects are delivered on time with strong attention to detail.

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in FMCG, retail marketing, brand activation, or trade marketing

• Experience coordinating POS displays, promotions, or marketing activations

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• SAP experience advantageous

• Marketing, Business, or related degree preferred
