Job Overview:

As the Associate Manager, E-commerce for NUK, you will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy to drive growth across EC channel. You will develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, enhance brand visibility, and engage with our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies across multiple platforms to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Collaborate with distributors to establish and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to provide sales forecasts and support the end-to-end product import and fulfillment process.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and digital innovations to continuously optimize channel performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content and promotions.
  • Craft sophisticated customer journeys, from awareness to post-purchase engagement.
  • Enhance merchandising visuals, product imagery, and storytelling.
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer experience, from browsing to purchase, ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.
  • Execute right promotion mechanism to ensure premium brand image and avoid cross platform/channel price competition.
  • Plan and execution efficient ECOM activation plan to drive ECOM GMV growth in peak seasons.
  • Optimize product listings, navigation, and search functionality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key platform partners and other key stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of solid experience in ecommerce roles
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies across multiple EC platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the baby care category, including market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate business insight, make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to envision, empower and enable the people in his/her org.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity to work out the plan from 0 to 1.
  • Ability to identify and apply creative solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Negotiation skill to align resources, trade investment with key internal and external stakeholder.
