Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven EC KA Associate Manager to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in driving high growth of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels, specifically focusing on Douyin. You will be responsible for translating consumer insights into actionable strategies that optimize our product matrix, pricing mechanisms, live-streaming operations, in-site paid media and short-video content. You will work closely with TP/DP and internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

● DTC Channel Management:

  1. Lead the daily operations and strategic planning for key DTC accounts (Douyin).
  2. Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Based on consumer insights, optimize product portfolio to ensure the right mix of hero products, new launches, and seasonal items that resonate with the target audience.
  4. Develop and refine pricing strategies and mechanisms to maintain competitiveness, protect brand value, and maximize profitability.
  5. Manage the execution of live-streaming room, formulate the winning formula of short video content.

● In-site Paid Media & Influencer Strategy:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plan across channels (paid search, social media, email, etc.) to drive traffic, conversion and basket size with clear ROI measurement related with GMV achievement.
  2. Formulate and manage a comprehensive influencer (KOL/KOC) strategy, including identifying, vetting, and collaborating with key opinion leaders and content creators to amplify brand reach and credibility.

● Cross-functional Collaboration & Performance Analysis:

  1. Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and creative agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and inventory availability.
  2. Conduct regular business reviews, analyzing KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of solid experience in ecommerce
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume DTC channels (Douyin) for reputable brands
  • Strong understanding of DTC ecosystem, including trends, algorithms, and user behavior.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate business insight, make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and social media.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Negotiation skill to align resources, trade investment with key internal and external stakeholder.
  • Fluent English is preferred for potential global collaboration.
