Job Overview:
As the E-commerce Manager for TikTok Shop, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our TikTok Shop operations. You will develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, enhance brand visibility, and engage with our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies for TikTok Shop to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay up to date with TikTok Shop features, tools, and best practices to leverage new opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plan across channels (paid search, social media, email, etc.) to drive traffic, conversion and basket size with clear ROI measurement related with GMV achievement.
- Finetune digital marketing investment in key social media platform on TikTok by creating quality content and leveraging influencer to accelerate the growth of GMV and share.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content and promotions.
- Craft sophisticated customer journeys, from awareness to post-purchase engagement.
- Enhance merchandising visuals, product imagery, and storytelling.
- Leverage in-house livestreaming and interactive content to engage customers.
- Oversee the end-to-end customer experience, from browsing to purchase, ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.
- Execute right promotion mechanism to ensure premium brand image and avoid cross platform/channel price competition.
- Plan and execution efficient ECOM activation plan to drive ECOM GMV growth in peak seasons both for gifting and self-purchase.
- Optimize product listings, navigation, and search functionality.
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok Shop representatives and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of solid experience in ecommerce leadership roles
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the TikTok Shop platform.
- Strong understanding of TikTok's ecosystem, including trends, algorithms, and user behavior.
