Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As a Technical Manager, you will lead technical operations at our Sint-Niklaas plant, overseeing equipment, processes, and engineering projects. You’ll manage a team of engineers and technicians, driving continuous improvement and innovation across manufacturing and facility functions.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance of building, facility, and manufacturing equipment
- Oversee manufacturing processes including converting, injection molding, assembly, and packaging
- Manage engineering projects: concept feasibility, budgeting, planning, and execution
- Drive continuous improvement through PEAK and EFO Pac initiatives
- Support cross-functional projects in Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, R&D, and Sourcing
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ISO standards
- Collaborate internally with QHSE, Production, R&D, and externally with suppliers and legal authorities
- Maintain technical documentation and project KPIs
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
- Extensive, demonstrated experience in similar role
- Strong technical knowledge in injection molding, automation, and packaging
- Experience in international, matrix-structured organizations
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Office tools and manufacturing IT systems
