The Warehouse Assistant supports efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while ensuring FIFO and inventory accuracy. Assists in MIS preparations and SAP entries, physical counts, and maintaining proper documentation. Supports goods dispatches, warehouse operations, and ensures adherence to 5S and safety standards. Coordinates with team members to support production and maintain smooth inventory flow. |

Goods Receiving & Material Handling: Assist in receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming goods against material request and delivery documents. Support physical checks and identification of goods. Help with material issuance to production following FIFO principles and MO requirements. Ensure proper handling and safe movement of materials within the warehouse. |

Data Entry & Documentation: Support timely data entry in MIS and SAP for goods receiving and dispatching activities. Assist in preparing and updating packing lists, pick lists, and related documentation. Help maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of warehouse documents. Support indirect material receiving documentation. |

Storage & Inventory Management: Proper storage of goods with correct identification and labeling for traceability. Assist in physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock verification activities. Help maintain inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records. Support in organizing and arranging materials for optimal space utilization and easy retrieval. |

Dispatch Support & Packing: Assist in picking, packing, and preparing finished goods for dispatch. Support loading activities and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. Help verify dispatch documentation and ensure accurate shipment preparation. Coordinate with the team to meet dispatch timelines. |

Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain excellent warehouse housekeeping following 5S standards. Ensure cleanliness and organization of storage areas, aisles, and work zones. Support identification and segregation of NCMR, obsolete, and blocked stock items. Follow all safety protocols and report any safety hazards immediately. |

Support Activities: Assist in external cycle count activities and provide required documentation. Support loading and unloading coordination with truck drivers. Help with cross-functional team requirements and material movement. Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Leader. |

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS |

Required: |
Graduate in any discipline (BS logistics / Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or Computer Science) |

Preferred: |
2 - 3 years of experience in Warehouse function, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup. |
