Job Summery:
- Support product qualification by leveraging predictive modeling tools such as ANSYS Mechanical, Abaqus, Nastran and Moldflow to help reduce time to market.
- Break down complex problems into manageable components by applying core physics principles, translating insights into practical improvements.
- Assist in developing methodologies and documentation, while incorporating automation into the modeling of new products wherever feasible.
- Perform detailed analyses by understanding key parameters and functionalities of numerical simulations, particularly in Finite Element analysis (Structural FEA Simulations) .

- Aligning Simulation Outcomes with Business Goals: Ensure that FEA simulations provide actionable insights that support product development and efficiency improvements; Work closely with product design, engineering, and management teams to ensure that simulation work aligns with consumer needs, project timelines, and business strategies.
- Identify opportunities where simulation tools can accelerate development processes, reduce prototyping costs & time, and innovate faster to maintain a competitive edge.
- Use FEA insights to anticipate potential design or operational risks, helping to avoid costly mistakes and ensuring regulatory compliance where necessary; Supports in making process improvements that can reduce time-to-market.

- Break down multifaceted FEA problems into smaller, manageable components. Identify key variables, boundary conditions, and critical physics that impact performance.
- Analyze simulation data to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns. Use results to identify root causes of performance issues or inefficiencies in designs using a systematic approach; Seek innovative solutions to overcome engineering constraints
- Ensure the accuracy of simulations by validating results against experimental data or established benchmarks; Adopt an iterative approach, refining models and simulations to improve accuracy and relevance to real-world applications.

- Apply a deep understanding of FEA, thermal and material properties to solve problems in areas such as heat transfer, flow behavior, Finite element analysis, multiphase flow and aerodynamics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products, ensuring that simulation results help position the company’s products effectively in the marketplace.
- Demonstrates expertise in using simulation tools such as ANSYS mechanical, Abaqus or similar platforms to solve FEA related problems.
- Proficient in creating complex geometry, applying boundary conditions, and generating high-quality meshes for accurate simulations.
- Applies optimization methods (e.g., Design of Experiments, parametric analysis) to improve product design and performance based on simulation outcomes.
- Incorporates new technologies such as machine learning or AI to enhance simulation speed and accuracy, improving the development process.
