As an Allround HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the full HR scope across three Dutch locations within a fast-paced American organization. You will support both production and office employees and act as a trusted partner to managers and employees alike.
This is a broad and impactful role where payroll accuracy, solid HR administration, and meaningful management support come together.
Your Role
Payroll & HR Administration
You ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing in cooperation with ADP.

Process employee lifecycle changes (onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, leave, sickness).

Maintain and optimize personnel files and HR systems.

Safeguard data accuracy and proactively resolve discrepancies.

Ensure up-to-date and compliant HR administration.
Reporting & Data Analysis
You translate data into insights.

Prepare and analyze HR reports (headcount, absenteeism, turnover, labor costs).

Provide clear reporting to local management and international stakeholders.

Maintain data integrity within HCM/SAP and ADP systems.
Advisory & Management Support
You are a true HR business partner.

Act as a sparring partner to managers on HR policies, employee relations, and employment law.

Advise on absenteeism, performance management, employment conditions, and workforce planning.

Support performance and talent development processes.
Absence Management & Dutch Gatekeeper Act
You ensure compliance and proper follow-up.

Coordinate and monitor absence cases in line with the Dutch Gatekeeper Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter).

Maintain contact with company doctors and external stakeholders.

Ensure accurate documentation and case management.
Employee Support
You are the accessible and trusted HR contact.

Serve as first point of contact for HR-related questions.

Provide guidance on employment conditions, leave, and company policies.

Deliver professional, approachable HR service to both production and office staff.
Compliance & Legislation
You safeguard legal and policy compliance.

Ensure adherence to Dutch labor law.

Implement and apply HR policies within local legislation and international frameworks.
What You Bring
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (HBO level), preferably in HRM or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in a broad HR role, ideally within an international organization.

Proven experience in payroll administration.

Experience with HCM/SAP and ADP is a strong plus.
Knowledge & Expertise

Solid knowledge of Dutch labor law.

Experience with the Dutch Gatekeeper Act and absence management.

Strong understanding of HR systems and processes.

Comfortable preparing and analyzing HR reports.
Languages

Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
