Job Summary:

  • The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and strengthen our market position of responsible writing brands. This role requires a dynamic and creative individual with a deep understanding of marketing principles and a passion for the writing instruments industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills with can-do attitude are required.

 

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Need to understand to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Enhance and increase brand visibility through at target retailers both online and B&M
  • Enhance brand positioning of Parker, Waterman, rOtring and Sharpie and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including SNS advertisements, brochures, and digital content.
  • Manage and improve brand visibility through various media channels.
  • Lead product launch initiatives, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with the global marketing team to provide market insights and customer feedback.
  • Lead and work closely with functional team to ensure product launch.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Provide marketing support to the sales team through the development of sales tools, presentations, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand market needs and develop tailored marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Track and report on marketing expenditures and campaign performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of brand management or marketing communication experience with a proven track record of results FMCG Industry Experience at global corporate
  • Creative thinking/problem solving skills
  • Initiative & follow-through
  • Strong project management skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Solid analytical skills and acute attention to details
  • Ability to work effectively across functions
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for both English and Japanese are required; must be able to present data and conclusions in an organized manner
