Job Summary:

  • Strong accountability and ownership to deliver sales target.
  • Deeply understand customer’s priorities, organization & process and can tie them to Newell’s sales growth opportunities.
  • Capable for multi-task including alignment at customer’s headquarter level, rounder and effectively workable with regional account handlers.

 

Job Duties:

  • Increase sales volume and our brand by enhancing the appearance of our products at stores.
  • Increase the shares and sales volume of our products at responsible stores..
  • Utilizes business planning tools to develop and track plans and spend
  • Lead a good relationship with sales staffs at stores and promote sales of our products as well as gathering information of ours and others` products at the stores, which can be used for our sales strategies.
  • Obtain an understanding of customer needs (retail margin and differentiated products etc.) and anticipate and prepare for them before the customer raises the issues.
  • Gather information and concisely communicate & provide the feedback from customer viewpoints to resolve critical issues (like Quality, Service Campaign, recalls)
  • Enhance our brand image at responsible stores.
  • Delivers innovative win-win customer and channel strategies for their territory/account portfolio using customer, market, and competitor understanding.
  • Delivers timely communication to the customer on market trends and competitive activity
  • Takes responsibility for and identifies opportunities for personal development

 

Job Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in retail and distribution sales
  • Sales experience at manufacturing companies preferred.
  • Sales experience of consumer goods preferred.
  • Experience in baby goods industry preferred.
