Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As Regional Sales Manager for North Italy, you'll drive commercial results for the Mapa Professional brand by building relationships with key distributors and industrial end-users. You´ll be responsible for North Italy´s commercial performance while maintaining strong relationships with key regional stakeholders.
You will visit our partners and distributors regularly.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive key brand and category initiatives to effectively reach and connect with target consumers
- Manage relationship with our key distributors and end users to drive sales while maintaining a customer focus
- Implement our commercial policies in your region
- Set sales targets and action plans, analyze sales data to gain insights to drive decisions

- Establish and maintain good relationship with the sales force of our distributors
- Identify new market opportunities
- Train and promote Mapa Professional products in distributors and end users
- Participate and represent Mapa Professional in trade fairs, open houses and safety events
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
- Relevant experience from Personal Protective Equipment industry, with knowledge of main industrial players in the region
- Fluent in English
- Proactive personality, who can work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and resolutive nature
- Willing to travel within North Italy approx. 3 days/week
Your advantage:

- Experience with SalesForce or similar CRMs.
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
